It's All Fun and Games Until Someone Drops Their Ice Cream Card - Design Space Cut File

Look at the frowny face in that ice cream it says it all. HAHA!! The card was designed using all Cricut Access images and font. It's an A2 size - 4.25"x5.5" card. The ice cream is from the Trendy T-Shirts cartridge. I cut the ice cream pieces from watercolor cardstock and used Distress Oxide Inks to color it in. Colors used are Cracked Pistachio and Vintage Photo. Then I used foam pop dots to pop the ice cream up to give added dimension. The sentiment was written by my Explore Air 2 using the Cricut Access exclusive font - Kyden. The purple background is Distress Oxide Ink Wilted Violet on watercolor cardstock and splattered with water to make water spots. It's a cool effect.

Thank You for visiting! If you use the file, I'd love to see your take on it.

Valentine's Day Heart Pencil Sliders - Cricut Design Space Cut File

Today's project was inspired by Tonya Brooks who is a member of our Cricut Explore and More Facebook group Design Team. She had designed some super cute candy cane sliders last year. Here is my take for Valentine's Day. A set of two cute heart shaped pencil sliders. They were designed using all FREE basic shapes from Cricut Access. This means you DO NOT need Cricut Access subscription to cut the file, just Design Space. These are designed to fit on a normal #2 pencil, and will fit snug on the pencils. The sentiments are not included because they used a font that needed Cricut Access. The sentiments are "You're so sharp" and "You're all write". You can use any sentiment you want. There are many more cute sentiments that will work for pencil Valentine's.

Eye Wanna Be Your Boo Valentine's Day Card - Design Space Cut File

Here's a super cute Valentine's Day card I designed using all Cricut images that are available in Cricut Access. Do you see the little eye peeping out of the tear of the center of the heart? Open the card and on the inside of the card is Splonk!! Isn't Splonk cute? Splonk from the Bump in the Night cartridge. The sentiment is written with my Explore Air 2 using a Ranger Perfect Medium embossing pen and then sprinkled with Ranger superfine Black embossing powder and then heat set with a heat gun.

I hope you like this super cute card. If you use my file, I'd like to see your card.

Butterfly Silhouette Sunset Card - Distress Oxide Inks

Today's project is a clean and simple card. It's similar to the other butterfly card I posted the other day. The sunset background is done with Distress Oxide Inks in Abandoned Coral, Spiced Marmalade, and Wild Honey. The Distress Oxides blended nicely on the watercolor paper I used. Then I splattered water to get the water droplets on the background. The butterflies silhouette is from the Cricut cartridge Botanicals. It was a quick and easy card to do.

Thanks for looking!

Gold Butterfly Hello Card - Distress Oxide Inks

Today I'm sharing my take on a card I saw on Pinterest. I wanted to use my new Distress Oxide Inks and do a quick and easy project. The butterfly is a Cricut image. The sentiment was written with my Explore Air 2 using a Ranger Perfect Medium embossing pen and then sprinkled with Ranger Superfine Clear embossing powder and then heat set. By doing that the sentiment was done as an emboss resist. On hind sight I probably should have done it in white embossing powder. The background is done with Distress Oxide Inks in the colors of Peacock Feathers and Salty Ocean on watercolor paper. I then splattered it with water to get those droplets and then dried with my heat gun.
